At Tabs® Chocolate, we strive for total customer satisfaction; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns once a shipment has been delivered. If your order arrives damaged or melted, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or store credit.
Return Process

Take clear photos of the shipping box and the damaged chocolate bars to help our quality control team verify the issue.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer experience team at [email protected] with your order number and the attached photos of your delivery.
- 3.Review Process
Our team will review your claim within 2 business days to determine eligibility for a reshipment or a full refund.
- 4.Resolution Delivery
Once approved, a replacement order will be dispatched immediately via expedited shipping or a credit will be issued to your original payment method.
